Design and create marketing collateral for brokers and landlords Create marketing packages for listings Compile information to be used in team marketing materials as well as for marketing activity reports Manage marketing of listings on CoStar, Loopnet and Xceligent Prepare Market Surveys and Tour Books for brokers and clients Perform administrative tasks required to facilitate the transaction of company's real estate business Manage the company website Handle deal reporting for closed transaction with various media outlets Create, manage, and track email marketing campaigns for available properties Design templates for the content management system to promote SEO and conversion best practices Develop onsite body content, meta descriptions and page titles in support of SEO strategies Manage the in-house advertising program consisting of print and media collateral pieces
