Job Title: Account Service Intern Hours: M-F 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (flexible dependent on schedule) Dress: Professional Dress (Rule of Thumb: Dress for your day - be able to adapt to anything.) Reports to: Account Manager Overview: An account service intern shadows and reports to multiple Account Managers. The account managers are experts in advertising, the person who knows the ins and outs of everything STAPLEGUN does as a business. The account service intern provides support as the account manager serves as the liaison between the client and the various agency departments, the owner of our relationships and the stewards of our brand in the community. The account service intern will help to provide high-quality service and attentiveness to all things client-related. The account service intern will also help to oversee the creation and execution of the overall strategy and creative deliverables. Responsibilities include: Help in creation of estimates, invoices, creative briefs, presentations, jobs and tasks Take notes and assist Account Executives in conducting client phone calls/meetings Coordinate and manage some third-party vendors Actively help manage projects internally; steer scope based on objectives Shadow client-facing meetings Conduct research on potential clients, events, etc. Create or evolve processes to help you be more effective; sharing and collaborating on those processes with the team Provide ideas for monthly newsletter Account Executives during broadcast shoots Organize various materials for easy navigation and readability Provide support at various events
