As a copywriter, you’ll:
Write eBooks, articles, blogs, email marketing, client case studies, social posts, press releases, print marketing, UI text, and more
Produce both strategic, in-depth thought-leadership pieces about innovation in the real estate industry and marketing copy that sells
Take ownership of fleshing out ideas and writing content that meets a very high standard
Work under tight deadlines
You have to be:
Equipped with at least three years of working as journalist or writer in a marketing department
Able to "write like you talk" (even about very technical topics), without a penchant for long-winded corporate speak
Comfortable juggling many projects at once
A writing geek with a love for real estate or technology
Self-critical and welcoming of critique
Meticulous when it comes to proofreading, accuracy, and voice consistency
Capable of working in an open office with interruptions, without sacrificing attention to detail
Bonus points for experience with:
HTML, HubSpot, InDesign, Facebook advertising, Photoshop, Google Analytics
Video scripting and production
