The ideal candidate will be a good listener with a customer orientated approach. Our goals are to ensure the continuous development and support of our clients’ business activities and establish our agency as a leader in the industry through strategic marketing services and superior customer service. Responsibilities: • Research and understand the industries of our clients in order to develop strategic marketing recommendations. • Work with agency leadership to create annual quarterly and annual marketing plans and budgets. • Maintain excellent communication with clients to understand their needs, listen to recommendations of the clients, and develop action steps with the appropriate departments inside the agency. • Manage client workflow within the agency to assure work of assigned clients is completed and delivered on or before deadlines. • Execute quarterly and annual marketing plans, once approved by agency leadership and clients to ensure strategies deliver on client goals. • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend optimizations and strategic shifts as needed to avoid not delivering on expectations or missing on additional opportunities. • Present creative work to clients for approval or modification. • Handle budgets, manage campaign costs. • Write quarterly client business reports. • Help negotiate budgets and deadlines and make detailed presentations justifying costs and schedules. • Undertake administrative work and keep records of client activities. Position Requirements: • 4-8 years proven experience as an Account Executive or related position • Good understanding of marketing and advertising methods and techniques • Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of accounts possibly from different industries • A team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills • BS/ BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or related field • Good knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of CRM software will be a strong advantage • Full-time position • Salary commensurate with experience.
