Qualifications & Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES: Create email nurture and drip campaigns using our marketing automation platform Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customers. Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes Master segmentation of the database and assist in developing a personalization strategy. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests and campaigns that succeed through email. Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices Build email campaigns, database selection, HTML presentation and quality assurance of all outbound campaigns. Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required. Stay abreast of and recommend email marketing best practices with coding, design and testing of email campaigns. Create email databases for lead generation and grow our email list Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling Ensure mobile-friendly email templates Manage autoresponder emails. Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends. QUALIFICATIONS Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree Experience Required: 3-5 years experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation and web analytics. Hands on experience with HTML Proficiency in marketing automation technology Skills and Abilities: This role requires time management, attention to detail and project management skills. Strong understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as deliverability, sender reputation, anti-spam laws and mobile-friendly design. Able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization. Proficient, analytical, decisive and strategic. Excellent writer and communicator.
