Paycom is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Manager to be responsible for taking charge of growing Paycom’s online presence. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, the Marketing Manager will develop Paycom’s channel marketing strategy. You will lead a team professionals who develop, execute and analyze innovative B2B marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and build online brand awareness. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated and omni-channel marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with the marketing team and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. RESPONSIBILITIES Strategize, develop and manage innovative marketing campaigns for web, SEO/SEM, email, paid social media, display advertising and new media channels. Develop a deep understanding of the market, competitors and buyers to run complex, multi-channel campaigns to generate sales-ready leads and to increase close rates. Mentor, train and provide accountability to direct reports who specialize in email marketing, SEO and paid media. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Develop & track new tests including ad copy, landing pages, images, ad types and more. Manage industry partnerships and strategic media alliances. Identify trends and insights. Optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Take action on analysis from channel effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels using data from the CRM, website, analytics tools and marketing automation Strategize and implement email flows within a marketing automation platform. Brainstorm new growth strategies and evaluate emerging technologies to drive efficiencies and results. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests for website properties and marketing channels. Partner with website stakeholders to ensure web properties provide content and functionality that meet business needs and align with brand strategy. Mange and oversee all website projects, with with marketing leadership to ensure projects are delivered to the development team on time, accurately and with complete information. Stay current on emerging technologies and web design trends and apply that knowledge to Paycom’s website properties. QUALIFICATIONS Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree in marketing Google Analytics certification Google AdWords certification Experience Required: 7+ years in a digital/channel marketing role with at least 3 of those years in a management role Demonstrable experience leading and managing successful SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns that met KPIs and ROI expectations Experience with multi-touch attribution & measuring attribution across channels. B2B marketing experience a plus Highly strategic, analytical and creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Solid knowledge of website analytics tools Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Experience building email flows within a marketing automation platform Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis. Proficiency in marketing automation systems and integrating those systems with other technologies. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment. Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
