Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field 1-3 years of digital media planning, buying, or project management experience (relevant internship and coursework will be considered) Must working understanding of Google Adwords, Google Analytics or a 3rd-party ad server and Facebook Ads Manager -Must have strong business writing and communication skills -Must have strong organizational and quantitative/analytical skills -Must have extremely strong attention to detail -Great attitude, desire to learn and ability to work in a team environment -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PPT

VI Marketing and Branding is looking for an experienced and resourceful Digital Ad Operations Coordinator. This position will assist in the execution of paid digital and social media plans under the direction of the Digital Ad Operations Manager. The Digital Ad Operations Coordinator will gather creative specs, assist in managing bidding and buying software, manage creative within our third-party servers and Facebook Ads Manager and monitor and track campaign budgets and compose campaign reports for designated account list. Duties: -Assist digital department in developing, implementing and maintaining media objectives, strategies and tactics -Manage digital and social media project timelines for set account list -Assist digital department in developing media plans -Work with our DSP and other partners to implement media plans -Manage digital and social media budgets and billing process for accounts -Manage 3rd party ad serving tools (DCM) -Manage Facebook Ads Manager -Gather digital ad specifications for each media plan, and act as liaison between Account Service and Creative teams to insure specs are accurate and followed -Traffic digital creative for set account list -Pull and visualize data to generate timely reporting of online campaigns -Construction of competitive analyses as well as other given analytical reports -Manage allocation of budgets across a variety of tactics and media partners and ensure accuracy of client billing -Meet with industry representatives to gain insight to all phases and points of contact of media
