Additional InfoResponsibilities: Work with clients one-on-one to create, implement, and adjust creative marketing strategies for B2C internal/external marketing campaigns, B2B referral programs and grassroots marketing efforts. Create, manage and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across all digital and traditional advertising platforms. Analyze the performance of SEO/SEM, Paid Social Advertising, PPC and Google Analytics and present results to clients. Continually test new tactics, shift budgets, and optimize campaigns to maximize client budgets and achieve results. Work with Designers and Developers to create new websites, and landing pages. Collaborate with SEO/SEM Specialists and Paid Search Specialist, to implement a clients’ digital marketing strategy. Manage and coach clients through monthly marketing planning sessions, phone calls, and answer client questions/emails in a timely manner. A willingness to learn about Dental Patient Communication and Marketing Software, such as Revenue Well, Lighthouse 360, Solutionreach and DemandForce to help clients optimize their current patient base through retention email campaigns, and special practice promotions. Contribute to the overall growth of Jameson Marketing by helping the team create new products, promotions and services to better serve our clients and sell those services when and where appropriate. Stay up-to-date with search, social, Pay Per Click, and marketing trends and innovations. Characteristics: Skilled in marketing strategy, planning, organizing, and project management. The ability to learn new technology quickly. A self-starter mentality that takes direction but doesn’t wait for it. Ability to be strategic, analytical, creative, communicative, comfortable with sales and detail-oriented Focused on delivering marketing results, not just executing tasks. Ensure “raving fans” client satisfaction Efficiently and effectively communicate within the team as well as with clients. Qualifications: Proven experience in development, implementation and measurement of integrated strategic marketing plans 4+ years of relevant marketing experience. Experience with project management tools and CRMs like Basecamp, Slack, and SalesForce This is a remote position based in Oklahoma City. The candidate must live within driving distance of Oklahoma City to attend weekly meetings. This is a full-time position that requires weekly attendance at meetings in our Oklahoma City office. Daily work can be conducted either in the office and/or remotely from a home office.
