Position Description: The Director of Account Services is responsible for leading the account services team and determining the overall strategy for all Freestyle clients. This position is responsible for assigning all account services tasks and managing /overseeing each clients’ social media strategy, branding, digital marketing, web development, online ads and public relations initiatives. The Director of Account Services is responsible for managing their department, working closely/communicating with the creative services team to set them up for success, and making sure that the Freestyle team delivers the maximum value to our clients. The Director of Account Services also oversees the execution of Freestyle’s internal marketing strategy (social media, website, press releases, etc). Account Strategy and Leadership: • Managing the account services team • Assigning tasks, client projects and intern assignments on FunctionPoint and updating calendars • Monitoring your team’s hours and making sure they are efficient and on target • Monitoring your team’s KPIs • Coaching and training your team members • Monitoring your team’s growth and eNPS scores (most important KPI for managing the team) • Overseeing strategy for clients • Serving as a point-of-contact for all clients • Serving in the account services role/point of contact and strategy for your clients • Stepping in and completing other client work when necessary (depending on the team’s workload) • Overseeing all clients’ analytics (reviewing weekly status reports and end-of-month reports sent by the account service team) • Leading client meetings (prep work and compiling all printed materials for client meetings) • Leading new business discovery meetings • Strategizing, writing/designing new client proposals • Overseeing strategy and creative for new client pitches • Overseeing/executing client campaigns • Coordinating and leading regular pod meetings with the creative team to discuss/plan on-going client projects • Foster a strong relationship and communications with the creative team members • Overseeing client financials and invoices for completed marketing work • Strategizing for the retention and growth of current Freestyle clients • Establish and implement KPI’s on goal sheets for the accounts service team • Continual learning and representing Freestyle in the community: Ad2OKC, Ad Club, PRSA, AMA, etc. Freestyle Marketing: • Overseeing Freestyle’s marketing • Oversee implementation of website updates • Oversee Freestyle social media • Coordinating new team member headshots • Coordinating new team member website bios, and oversee adding a new profile to the website Team Development / Hiring • Filtering out hires and interns; training and welcoming new team members • Writing and posting job listings • On-boarding and training for new accounts service team members • Evaluate the performance of the account service team based on Freestyle’s CORE values • Reward team members based on Freestyle’s CORE values • Completing performance reviews for the account service department • Oversee the account service internship program (curriculum and projects) • Intern midterm and final evaluations • Intern letters of recommendation Reports to: • Day-to-day: President 

Additional Job Details
