Typical Functions May Include: Maintain quality external websites for the agency. Ensure digital content is accurate, updated and complies with agency branding standards on OHCA websites. oUpdate web banners and web alerts, as needed. Assist Digital Media Strategist in transitioning CMS platform. Assist in proofing content of OHCA managed websites. Serve as lead for creating and editing content for weekly agency-wide communications. Serve as lead for updates to the Communications intranet site. Develop copy in AP style for various agency projects (newsletters, publications, articles, reports, Power Point presentations, etc.) Work with Social Media Specialist to develop and maintain an effective social media strategy for the agency. Manage print collaterals and assets. Provide statistical information on outreach materials and publications distributed. Ensure agency publications on the public ordering site are current and accurate (i.e. program information is current and images are properly licensed). Monitor and track availability of OHCA publications. Serve as publications liaison to the OK Department of Libraries. Identify a priority list of publications for Spanish translation. Other duties as assigned. TRAVEL: Travel on an as needed basis.
